    As a VIP ticket holder, you will enjoy your own registration and check in and complimentary coat check. You will also get preferential entrance at 8pm and an extra full hour of open bar and passed hors d'ouevres while piano music is played in the Roman Strada. You will have exclusive access to the Grey Goose Lounges all night, which will be cordoned off on multiple floors and party rooms. Here, you will find upgraded buffets and bars featuring an assortment of top-shelf spirits.

    Hors D'oeuvres

    Succulent MD crab balls with Old Bay seasoning, shrimp spring rolls wrapped in a warm and fluffy wonton, and mini chicken and beef wellingtons stuffed with pate and baked into a light puff pastry.

    Traditional Caesar Salad

    Crisp Romaine leaves accompanied by homemade croutons and parmesan cheese.

    Build Your Own Nacho Bar

    Vegetarian chili, homemade tortilla chips, salsa, guacamole, sour cream, diced tomoatos, black olives, shredded letuce and bell peppers.

    Stir Fry Chicken & Vegetables with Rice

    Julienne of chicken in a ginger sauce, bok choy, water chestnuts, mushrooms, baby carrots, zucchini and yellow squarsh on a bed of fried rice.

    Self Service Pasta Bar

    Penne and Tortellini pastas accompanied by sun dried tomato basil or creamy alfredo sauces.

    Middle Eastern Station

    Traditional hummus, babghanoush and feta, served with homemade pit and bagel chips.

    Carving Stations

    Hand sliced, herb roasted, smoked turkey with gravy, cranberry mayo and accompaniments.
